I hate ESPN analysts. They all yell and talk too fast, hyperventilate over their own opinions and generally make no sense. BTW, what is with ESPN voice-over guy having a super gravelly voice which is most obviously put-on? He needs a glass of water.

At least you guys have never had to listen to Bruce Mcevaney (Australian Football League) Every second bloody word is ‘Special’ and other commentators hate him.

Van Gundy is *terrible* and always wrong. In Game 7 of the Cavs-Celts game, in the 3d quarter he said LeBron would take the ball up the court every possession instead of West. West then proceeded to take the ball up the court on about 75% of the Cavs’ possessions.

Van Gundy was also rambling on about baseball for a large portion of Game 1. Fuck off & watch a baseball game then, you idiot.

Marv Albert & Doug Collins on TNT are vastly, vastly superior. If it’s this same trio of idiots again on ESPN, I’m hitting mute.

Question tho — I have the LeaguePass or whatever, so do I also have the ability to watch the Detroit FSN affiliate & hear a real crew of announcers?

i know queen james, but the way is doing is analysis is a little different compare to his coaching ability, this is why i think hes different from jeff van gundy….jeff seems like hes coaching and complaining about the calls and nba policies stuff, hes analyzing the game like hes a coach. can’t do that.

Most likely outcome tonight is that both teams come out strong. Boston, because KG is crazy; Detroit due to the staff´s predictably exsquisite adjustments. In the third the Pistons will surge after RW hits a couple of big threes after a first half of consistent inside play. The score will be 71-65 pistons after 3. The Celtics will go on a 7-0 run to start the 4th and Flip will call a time-out, draw up a great first play to get Rip or Tay an easy bucket. LH will enter the game and Rondo will implode, Tay will man-up on Pierce and KGs head will spontaneously combust–Spinal Tap style (globule). Summarily, as the game winds down the Pistons walk away shooting free throws for the win, despite some unexpected made shots from RAllen late.

Flip signs a contract extension after the game and all is well.
