The Tractor returns

Former Detroit high school star and U-M Wolverine Robert “Tractor” Traylor is returning to the NBA! Okay, not just yet, but he will be playing for the Cavs summer league team. (Update: I talked to Tractor in Vegas for FanHouse.)
