I know DBB has a fair number of international readers who often resort to, well, creative ways to watch their favorite team online. If that sounds like you, perhaps NBA International League Pass Broadband might be of use. I don’t know any details like how much it costs or what countries it’s available in, but I’m almost certain this is the first year they’ve offered this.

thanks for the info though matt.
Interesting, I will have to sweet talk the missus before I can get this though. Thanks for the info Matt W.
Holy crap that was easy. She said I can get it next week. Garretts gotta hear this!
Ha! She probably just wants you stay away from those weirdos on the internet.
This has been offered before, last year it was available atleast in the Netherlands and a few other countries where no TV station had an exclusive agreement with the NBA. (I think it was also available in Germany).
When I try to view the page, it detects my IP address and re-directs me to a page telling me to check out US League Pass Broadband, so I can’t see any of the details. Can one of the international readers who can view the page post a comment saying how much it costs and what countries it’s available in?
I’m from Italy and International League Pass allows you to watch every NBA game you want. The only exception is when a game is aired on either Sky Italy or Sportitialia, who shows about 11-12 games a week here in Italy (plus highlights of every single game and a weekly magazine). In this case, local blackouts apply (kind of like what happens in the U.S. with national televised games).

Hmmmm….maybe.
I enjoy getting it for free, the only sell for me is the replay. But to be honest most of the free sites were able to basically share there league passes so I imagine the same will happen.
