I have no clue where on the site she found it or what it's from, but it's basically a quick minute of so of Rasheed rapping. Expect standard rap lyrics about where you can find him in the club (the back, duh -- who actually stays in the front?) and his drink of choice ("a 12-pack of them Heinies"), but there's also this classic line:
