The Chicago Sun-Times has a nice Q & A with Pistons czar Joe Dumars:
How do you plead to charges of being the main reason your team keeps winning despite continuous turnover in coaching and on the roster?
I have great respect for the jobs that the coaches in this league do, but I have never lost sight of the fact that you have to have the right players for any coach to be successful. I think each coach that we've had here has contributed greatly to our success. But I also think it speaks to the players' ability to take on different coaching philosophies and succeed.
