Rip Hamilton sat out of practice today with an injured thigh suffered in last night's game. Fortunately, though, it looks like he's not going to miss any games. But wait, it gets better: it looks like Chauncey Billups is set to return tomorrow, as well. From Chris Silva in the Detroit Free Press:
Pistons coach Flip Saunders said he’s sure Hamilton will play Thursday in Houston and also expects point guard Chauncey Billups to play.
Billups, who missed two games with a pulled groin, returned to practice Wednesday.
"He went through some good hard cuts today," Saunders said.
Billiups said, "It felt decent, man. We didn’t scrimmage, but I was able to do pretty much everything, and it felt all right. It felt better today, that’s for sure."
I tell you, Arnie Kander is a magician.
