Maxiell’s table scraps

According to Chris McCosky, the contract offer that Jason Maxiell is leaving on the table is a four-year, $20 million deal, not a three-year, $15 million deal as previously reported. We already knew the Pistons were offering a fourth year as a team option, but it's possible that year is now fully guaranteed. In any case, it's a moot point, since Maxiell is still planning on testing the market as a restricted free agent next summer.
