Jameer has a little Rasheed in him

From Florida Today:

Not even a devastating loss, one in which the Magic squandered a 15-point lead and missed a golden opportunity to beat Detroit without All-Star point guard Chauncey Billups could shake the confidence of the 6-foot Nelson.

"You know what, we're going to make some adjustments, and we're going to go there and win this (next) game," Nelson boldly predicted. "I'm not being arrogant or cocky or anything like that, but (Saturday) we let it slip out of our hands, let Game 2 slip out of our hands, and we're going to win this (next) game in Detroit.

"You go there and beat them, what else can you do? You have to go there aggressive and with a lot of intensity. We're going to come with a lot of focus and aggressiveness and win this game."

I gave Rashard Lewis a pass for his comments, but as Rasheed Wallace knows, you can only play the "guarantee card" before people stop taking you seriously.
