Detroit will be hoping to avenge a pair of losses with one rock tonight. They are coming off a sour game against the Bulls on Wednesday and collapsed in the 2nd half against these Bucks a little over a month ago on Halloween night.

The Pistons received some pleasant news today when Charlie Villanueva was deemed ready go, with his new mask and off the bench. Charlie also made the news today by boasting that the Pistons will in fact make the playoffs this year, despite being in 12th right now (1.5 GB of 8th). He really is our new 'Sheed. I guess you can mark that as his "CV Guarantee." They can get started on that trek by beating the Bucks tonight. They are currently sixth, but yeah, there are like 63 games left.

Pistons have history in their favor tonight as they have beaten the Bucks 12 out of the last 15 times at the Palace. Milwaukee is also currently riding a two game slide. Micheal Redd has missed three in a row and will miss his fourth straight tonight.

The Pistons won't have to worry about their defensive minded, hot headed coach, Scott Skiles, either. He'll be serving his one game suspension tonight for doing this in the Wizards game the other night. That's the most emphatic F-U I've ever seen.

So to me it comes down to the Pistons worrying about the YungBuck and making sure he doesn't drop double nickels on them, like he's already done in his young career. Keeping him under 16 in the third quarter, preventing him from leading his team on a comeback win, would be nice, too.

For the other side's take you can go right 'chere.

Saddle up and stick around for the game in the comments. It makes the games more fun, I promise.
