Orlando Summer League: Pistons vs. Celtics

The Detroit Pistons didn't deserve a recap yesterday. If you want to know why they lost just look for Brandon Knight in the box score. Needless to say he needs to bounce back. Today the Pistons face the Boston Celtics. The game will be aired on NBA TV and you can purchase a summer league package to stream online for $15 from NBA.com.

The Situation

Andre Drummond bounced back nicely in his team's epic defeat, finishing with 10 points, nine rebounds and four blocks. Today he gets his biggest test as he faces off against Jared Sullinger and Fab Melo. He will probably be matched up against Melo in the beginning but his help-side defense will be vital as there is no chance that Austin Daye can contain Sullinger. We'll see if Drummond's elite athleticism, size and strength can compete with Sullinger's all-around skills and experience.

In other news, Brandon Knight needs to look like an actual point guard in this game. And it sure would be nice if Khris Middleton finally helped justify the Pistons puzzling selection.

Questions for the Game
