Ben Wallace reportedly generating interest from team in Greece

When news surfaced that Ben Wallace was rethinking retirement and considering a return (50-50 as of last month), I was under the assumption that it would be with the Detroit Pistons or he would just stick with his original plan to retire. An interpretation of a Greek report by sportando.net suggests it might not be strictly Pistons or retirement.

Whatever the case may be, Greece is reportedly interested in luring Ben Wallace's services if he decides he simply wants to play another year. Here's what I imagine is the excerpt of interest from Gazzetta.gr:

My Greek is weak, but I think that means Panathinaikos is interested in making Ben Wallace their newest chiseled Greek God-like basketball player. I'm also of the epinion that it's highly unlikely Wallace winds up in Greece. I believe "miracle" was used in the article's headline.

Remember, the Pistons roster is full at 15 players, but there's plenty of time for shifting around.
