The Pistons started with three nationally televised games when the schedule came out back in July, but that number is already down to two, according to MLIVE.
Instead of playing their November 16 Orlando Magic game at 7 p.m. in front of a national audience on ESPN, the Pistons will instead play at 7:30 p.m. and the game is no longer scheduled to be televised. Although no further television arrangements have been made, I imagine Fox Sports Detroit will attempt to pick it up before the season starts.
ESPN made the switch to the Utah Jazz vs. Philadelphia 76ers game for that slot. Yawn.
The remaining two Pistons' nationally televised games are on December 10 at Philadelphia (NBATV) and February 27 at the Washington Wizards (ESPN). The Pistons are scheduled to play the Knicks in London on January 17 and, although there hasn't been any further details released, that game could very well wind up on national television, too.
