Christmas NBA schedule 2013: Can the late games salvage the holiday?

New, comments

Because you can only watch A Christmas Story so many times ...

Anthony Gruppuso-USA TODAY Sport

Santa delivered a lump of coal to basketball fans who turned on the Nets vs. Bulls hoping for some entertaining NBA action. (If you stuck around for the whole thing, you deserve A Major Award.) Will he be more generous with the rest of today's schedule? Here is it:

Thunder vs. Knicks at 2:30 p.m. ET (ABC)

Heat vs. Lakers at 5 p.m. ET (ABC)

Rockets vs. Spurs 8 p.m. ET (ESPN)

Clippers vs. Warriors 10:30 p.m. ET (ESPN)

If you're watching today's games -- or just want to talk about the Pistons, your favorite present as a kid, how hideous the NBA's new sleeved jerseys are, list your top five favorite Christmas movies (after Die Hard, of course) -- join the rest of your basketball-addled DBB brothers and sisters here. We're like your real family, except we're less passive aggressive and never don't often disappoint you.
