I've been watching NBA basketball for decades, and while I have a rudimentary idea of a player's specific responsibilities each trip down the court, so much of the Xs and Os goes right over my head. That's where Coach Nick of BBallBreakdown comes in.
In this video, he breaks down the HORNS offense used by most NBA teams. His doesn't specifically talk about the Detroit Pistons' offense until around the 4:55 mark (the Pistons are the defensive team in several earlier examples), but the entire video is enlightening, and it's something I'll be looking for the next time I watch a game.
