The NBA didn't take long to reschedule the postponed Pistons-Hawks game. The Pistons app and Keith Langlois announced Thursday the game would be made up near the end of the season:
Pistons game at Altanta, postponed on Wednesday, has been rescheduled for 7:30 pm on April 8, a Tuesday.

What was supposed to be Game No. 46 will now be Game No. 78 barring any other postponements. And instead of playing on the back-end of a back-to-back, the make-up game with the Hawks will be the first game of a created back-to-back, as the team will have to travel to Cleveland after the game to take on the Cavs the next night. The Pistons will have two days off before the make-up game, though. (Atlanta will also have a back-to-back now; they are scheduled to host the Boston Celtics the next night).
I haven't been able to find anything on whether or not tickets for the postponed Jan. 29 game will be honored, but I'm guessing they will be. I shall be in attendance.
