The Pistons never trailed in the first half and have led by as many as 13. At the break, they lead the visiting Cavaliers by 11, 51-40.

Refreshingly, Greg Monroe was the team leader in shot attempts, hitting six of them, although most came in the first half of the first quarter. He has 13 points, four rebounds and three assists.

Josh Smith has 12 points, five rebounds, three assists and three blocks. Andre Drummond has nine points, six rebounds, two steals and a block.

The Pistons have 28 points in the paint and 10 on the fast break.

For the Cavs, Kyrie Irving the point guard was virtually nonexistent with zero assists and one turnover. He has eight points while Tristan Thompson leads Cleveland with nine points.
