Andre Drummond signs endorsement deal with Jordan Brand

Air Dre. #TakeFlight #LetDreDrunk

Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

Andre Drummond announced on social media early Tuesday morning that he has signed an endorsement deal with Jordan Brand, a subsidiary of NIKE, Inc. If Wikipedia is to be believed, Drummond's now only the 20th active NBA player to join the brand, which includes stars Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Kawhi Leonard, Ray Allen and Carmelo Anthony.

Drummond is already known for wearing Air Jordan's on the court. You might remember he wrote the names of all the Sandy Hook victims on his Air Jordans before a game last year, and there was another game in which he changed out of his KDs and into a pair of Air Jordan IIIs at halftime. Now, he'll get paid to represent the brand as part of a distinguished group of NBA players.

The Andre Drummond brand is officially starting to get noticed and [sunglasses] take flight.
