Spencer Dinwiddie signs three-year deal with Pistons

The Pistons have signed their lone 2014 draft pick.

Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

ESPN's Marc Stein tweeted Monday evening that the Pistons signed their only 2014 NBA Draft pick, Spencer Dinwiddie, to a three-year deal.

Vince Ellis elaborated a couple hours later that the first two years are guaranteed:

Ellis added at the Freep that the Pistons haven't made an official announcement yet because a physical is still pending.

But Dinwiddie confirmed the news himself by posting an Instagram pic of his signature on what is likely his contract:

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the deal is likely similar to the three-year deal Tony Mitchell signed last summer. After free agents Cartier Martin and Aaron Gray sign their reported deals, the Pistons' roster will be maxed out at 15, requiring the team to drop a player if/when Greg Monroe re-signs.

We await your move now, Moose.
