Reggie Jackson, Andre Drummond look good, Kawhi Leonard looks better as Spurs top Pistons, 96-92

Hey, there was a game today. Good thing it didn't count.

Don't let the final score fool you -- the Spurs handily stomped the Pistons despite only coming away with a 96-92 victory.

San Antonio, who led by as many as 24 points, rested their starters in the fourth quarter and were outscored 29-16.

I won't lie, I didn't listen to a second of the game. Like the rest of the state of Michigan, I was still in a sports hangover from the Michigan-Michigan State game and was put into an involuntary coma by the Lions win in just about the ugliest way imaginable. But, hey, at least they won't go 0-16 this season.

Reggie Jackson scored 20 points and notched nine assists while Andre Drummond had 12 points and 15 rebounds.

Stanley Johnson continued his fall back to Earth by scoring just six points on 2-of-7 shooting.

Kawhi Leonard easily handled any defender thrown his way and had a game-high 21 points.

The Pistons last two preseason games will be at home, which means fans will at least be able to stream the games on Pistons.com.
