Andre Drummond dunks on everyone in U.S. team scrimmage

New, comments

The U.S. Men's Basketball Team might be stacked with All-Stars, but Drummond isn't going anywhere without a fight.

Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sports

Yes, it was just a scrimmage, but Andre Drummond made his presence known during USA Basketball's scrimmage of the men's basketball team Thursday. Drummond's USA Blue lost the game to USA White, 134-218134-128, but Dre won just about everything else.

He ranked No. 1 in points, total rebounds, offensive rebounds, field goal attempts, field goal makes, free-throw attempts ... and free-throw misses.

In all, Drummond finished the night with 27 points, 16 rebounds, nine offensive rebounds, two steals, one assist and one turnover.

It won't be easy to make USA's 12-man team for the Rio Olympics in 2016, but Drummond certainly got off on the right foot.
