In today's Twitter age, it is not uncommon to see people attempt to draw conclusions from tweets. Such as DeMarcus Cousins' tweet after the Kings first round draft pick last night, saying "Lord give me strength (praying hands)".
Well, while some may not have noticed, Packey picked up on the fact that one of the 20 total tweets Michael "Mike" Gbinije has sent was to Henry Ellenson immediately after Ellenson was drafted by the Pistons, congratulating him.
Congrats my brother @henryellenson13 #18!!

What's the big deal? It was the only congratulatory tweet he sent! He didn't even send a congrats tweet to his Syracuse teammate Malachi Richardson who was drafted 22nd overall by the Charlotte Hornets for the Sacramento Kings.
Did Gbinije know they would be Pistons teammates? What's the connection? Well, I did some digging and I found that they have the same agent. That agent is Jay-Z and Roc Nation Sports. Ellenson signed April 11 and Gbinije signed April 12.
Congratulations to @HenryEllenson13 on being selected 18th overall by the @DetroitPistons! pic.twitter.com/FQt48N1EHB

So now Jay-Z should say, "If Jeezy's paying LeBron James, I'm paying the Detroit Pistons" or something like that. Keep your Drake, Toronto. We have a true rapper on our team.
Note: Roc Nation also represents Michigan guard Caris LeVert who was selected 20th by the Pacers, but is headed to Brooklyn to play for the Nets and hang out with Jay-Z. Other Roc Nation NBA clients include Kevin Durant, Justise Winslow, Willie Cauley-Stein, Wilson Chandler, and James Young.
