The Detroit Pistons dominated the Bucks with their center rotation of Andre Drummond and Eric Moreland, winning 106-95. Andre Drummond could not be contained by the Bucks, and set a career high for made free throws with 14 (!) on only 16 (!!!!) attempts. Dre finished with 24 points and 12 rebounds on a mere seven shots.
Avery Bradley was also solid with 23 points on 8-of-19 shooting, adding his usual stout defense. Stanley Johnson also deserves a mention for his defense on Giannis Antetokounmpo. The box score may not reflect it, as the Greek Freak still scored 29 points, but Stanley made him take 27 shots to get his 29 points. The whole night, Stanley forced Giannis into fadeaways that he could only make due to his height advantage, and kept him away from the rim and limited him in transition.
The Pistons will be back in action Saturday night at Little Caesars Arena, when they take on the Sacramento Kings.
