Luigi Datome’s NBA career was short-lived but I’m not sure his latest dunk attempt will be forgotten anytime soon.
The former Detroit Pistons forward has been plying his trade in the Euroleague, currently with Turkish team Fenerbahce.
Things got a little awkward for Datome when he tried to drive the baseline for the dunk.
As the old saying goes, sometimes the best defense is the backboard.
Nice try, Gigi. You still have one of the best beards in professional sports.
