2017 NBA Draft: Lonzo Ball dominates to take No. 4 spot in DBB Draft Board

Vote for the player you think is the best NBA draft prospect remaining as we build a Big Board for the Detroit Pistons

NCAA Basketball: Oregon State at UCLA Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Sports

The 2017 NBA Draft is just 13 days away and the Detroit Pistons have the No. 12 pick. In case the Pistons trade up, down, or stick at No. 12, the DBB Big Board is the fans’ opinion of who Detroit should select.

Remember, this isn’t just voting on players who you think will be available at No. 12, it’s voting on everyone starting at the very top.

I will list the top 10 players available based on the Draft Express Top 100 Prospects list.

After falling outside the top 3, Lonzo Ball dominated the competition and easily took the No. 4 spot in the DBB Big Board.

Ball received 49 percent of the vote with the closest competitor, Malik Monk, getting 18 percent.

The knock on Ball seems to be his father (fairly or unfairly) and his lightning quick style of play possibly not working with Detroit’s personnel. Ultimately, though, talent and a high ceiling were bound to win out.

Going forward, it looks to be an interesting battle between those who like the super-talented wings of Monk and Jayson Tatum, and Detroit fans who are thirsty for some point guard help, Dennis Smith and Fran Ntilikina.

Who do you think should be No. 3 on the Detroit Bad Boys Big Board?

DBB Big Board Results

  1. Markelle Fultz
  2. Josh Jackson
  3. De’Aaron Fox
  4. Lonzo Ball
