Pistons sign big man Landry Nnoko to partially guaranteed deal

Formerly of Clemson, Nnoko saw time with Pistons' summer league team

The Detroit Pistons have signed Landry Nnoko to a partially guaranteed contract, according to Alex Kennedy of Hoops Hype.

Nnoko saw limited action with the Pistons during the Orlando Summer League.

The 6-foot-10 Nnoko is a defensive-minded big man who can rebound, block shots and run the floor.

After seeing consistent time during his four years at Clemson he went undrafted in 2016. He played overseas in Italy last year.

The partially guaranteed nature of the deal likely means Nnoko is getting a little upfront guarantee to convince Nnoko to be an affiliate player with the Pistons and spend the year with the Grand Rapids Drive in the G League.

During his last season at Clemson he averaged 8.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.3 blocks in 22.3 minutes per game.
