Detroit Pistons fans interested in venturing to Little Caesars Arena should set their alarms for 10 a.m. Saturday, or preferably even earlier unless they are super efficient first thing in the morning.
The team announced single-game tickets and mini-plans go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. at LCA and The Palace Ticket Store. The Palace ... I’m already getting emotional.
Fans can also order tickets over the phone at 248-377-0100 or online at pistons.com or ticketmaster.com.
The season kicks off at home Oct. 18 against the Charlotte Hornets at 7 p.m. The Pistons plan to make opening night special for those in attendance:
On opening night, fans will experience a unique opportunity to be fully engaged in welcoming the Detroit Pistons to Little Caesars Arena. All fans in attendance will receive a commemorative interactive LED bracelet, courtesy of PixMob, designed to create togetherness through light. Each PixMob device becomes a pixel, transforming the crowd into a canvas, creating an immersive fan experience throughout opening night festivities. The bracelet will be commemoratively engraved and can be saved as a memento celebrating this historic event.
The Pistons also announced several 10-game mini-plans, including a pick-em with tiered pricing. The plans start at $284.

The team will also feature “Friday Night Out” presented by Budweiser. Personally, that makes it sound like a night I’d rather avoid, but I digress. There also be a special Veteran’s Day game Nov. 10 vs. the Hawks, Star Wars Night Dec. 17 vs. the Magic, a Holiday Spectacular Dec. 22 vs. the Knicks, an MLK Day matinee game Jan. 15 vs. the Hornets, and Hooper’s Birthday (mascots galore?) March 24 vs. the Bulls.
