Watch: Disgusting Joel Embiid flop gets Andre Drummond ejected

Ball Don’t Lie, and karma makes things right as Sixers eventually fell to Pistons in overtime

Joel Embiid has psychology owned Andre Drummond for years, and he loves torturing Detroit’s big man in every conceivable way whenever they face each other. Somehow, though, even Embiid went too far and the basketball gods made him pay in Detroit’s 133-132 win over the Sixers in overtime.

Late in the game after thoroughly owning Drummond all game, Embiid tempted fate and couldn’t resist attempting one of the most disgusting and blatant flops I’ve ever seen in an NBA game.

The flop enraged an already angry Drummond who quickly received his second technical and was ejected from the game. This was just what Embiid wanted who shot up from the floor and started taunting Drummond and the crowd.

Karma, as they say, is a bitch.

Drummond was replaced with Zaza Pachulia who was able to defend Embiid well down the stretch while Blake Griffin abused Embiid and every other Sixer on the other end on the way to a career-high 50-point game.
