Hey everyone. This is Laz Jackson of Detroit Bad Boys, and on this week’s podcast, we have the Charlotte Hornets team preview up next in our series. I talk to Dylan Jackson and Evan Dyal of At The Hive about trading Kemba Walker, the Hornets’ glut of expensive wings and bigs, and how their new coach James Borrego is going to shake things up in Charlotte.
The Charlotte guys were a little lower on their team than I expected - they sounded more ready to embrace the tank (#DoomSquad) but resigned to the fact that their owner would never allow it, for whatever reason. If the Hornets struggle out of the gate and begin tearing it down, the Pistons’ path to the playoffs (obviously) gets more clear, so I’d keep an eye on them, Pistons fans.
