The Detroit Pistons announced their five-game preseason schedule Wednesday featuring three home games and two on the road. Detroit will unofficially kick off their 2019-20 season Oct. 7 at Little Caesars Arena with a game against the Orlando Magic.
They will then remain home for games against the Dallas Mavericks on Oct. 9 and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Oct. 11.
That means Detroit fans will get a chance to see Luka Doncic, Kristaps Porzingis (in a suit?), mini-Blake Griffin Aaron Gordon, former Piston DJ Augustin and Kevin Love. Riveting!
The team will then play a road back-to-back (what the hell?) with games in Philadelphia on Oct.15 and in Charlotte on Oct. 16.
All games will be at 7 p.m.
Tickets for all preseason games are already available, including at pistons.com, ticketmaster.com or calling 248-377-0100.
It’s almost time for basketball again, everybody.
