Can we be in love with Saddiq Bey any more than we already are?

Saddiq Bey and Isaiah Stewart have made the Detroit Pistons fan base fall in love — hard. Bey scored 30 points and went 7-of-7 from 3-point-range in a victory against the Boston Celtics. The previous game, Isaiah Stewart scored 17 points on 8-of-9 shooting. Both players are also really smart players with a proclivity for defense. Bey is somewhat robotic — in a good way — computing his next move in a split second and never wasting any motion. The shot is going up, the player will be backed down or the pass will be made. Stewart, meanwhile, is all passion and effort. He’ll fight among taller players for offensive rebounds and he’s always the first one down the floor. It’s been great to see even during this season of largely bad basketball.
