Hey everyone. This is Laz Jackson of Detroit Bad Boys, and on this week’s episode we talk about your 5-18 Detroit Pistons. Ben Gulker and I talk about the Derrick Rose trade from all angles, the Pistons’ thrilling double-overtime loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, and our concern about Sekou Doumbouya’s lack of production.
The Rose trade understandably took up the bulk of the podcast. It’s a fair deal for both sides, but it’s also fair to ask if the Pistons could have gotten more out of Derrick Rose as a trade asset. But Ben brought up a great point about maximizing trade assets that I’m not going to spoil here.
As always, we appreciate your continued support of the podcast, and the best way to do that is to share, subscribe, and leave comments - please leave comments on this discussion post, that’s the best way for us to have the conversation we want to have around the podcast.
