2nd round picks can be signed for the minimum or to 2-way deals that can be found here

The Super Agent email will be provided tomorrow. I want to use today to make sure everyone's sheets are updated with their picks and that cap holds are counting against the cap if they are under cap so that nothing gets too messed up.
